Deandra certainly adds a splash of color to our pasture.  Her colorful background includes her sire, the multiple Color Champion Shades of Gray, and her grandsire Peruvian Silverado.   Her dark brown dam, Desiray of Pinaya, had an average fiber diameter of 19.1 microns at 2 years old.  Deandra has high frequency crimp on her downy soft blanket, and her sound conformation and straight lines give her great poise.  This spring her fleece place 2nd and 1st at MAPACA and PAOBA.  Her first breeding was to our rose gray Pizarro, son of  award-winning and nationally recognized Shaquille, and in May 2008 she delivered Memphis, a very dense dark fawn male.  We were so pleased with the results that we selected Pizarro once again.  Update...............Deandra delivered a dense dark silver gray female cria, Rhapsody.   AND she is included in the package - along with Memphis!
